Attending the meeting on the National Assembly delegation side were: Mr. Hoang Minh Hieu - Standing member of the National Assembly's Law Committee; Mr. Tran Nhat Minh - Member of the National Assembly's Law Committee, full-time National Assembly delegate. On the Provincial People's Council side, there was Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
