In the afternoon, delegates of the Provincial and Municipal People's Councils met with voters in Nghi Hoa Ward. Voters reflected and proposed many key issues to create conditions for the ward to develop and for people to improve their lives.

Voter Tran Van Cong (Block 4) said that the Cua Hoi entertainment area project is identified as one of the driving forces, contributing to promoting tourism services for Nghi Hoa ward and the whole town. However, this project is currently behind schedule, and he requested that all levels work with the investor to speed up the project's progress.

Also mentioning investment projects in the area, voter Nguyen Van Cong (Block 5) proposed that the province and town need to review all projects that have been granted land but are slow to implement in order to have a solution to handle them, avoiding the situation of "buying and selling" projects and then not implementing them, affecting the policy of developing coastal tourism cities.

Voter Nguyen Minh Binh (Block 4) suggested that all levels need to study the compensation policy for land clearance for land division and sale projects in urban projects, which should be implemented according to the agreement between the State, investors and people, and should not apply land prices according to State regulations like projects serving the common tasks of the country or locality.

At the end of the meeting with voters, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Xuan Son acknowledged and fully accepted the voters' recommendations and reflections, and at the same time specifically explained some contents.

Acknowledging the efforts of the town and Nghi Hoa ward in resolving voters' recommendations and reflections; at the same time, requesting the town to send specialized staff to directly meet and discuss thoroughly with voters on issues that have been resolved but have not yet created consensus and satisfaction of voters.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also said that voters' recommendations related to support policies and job creation after land acquisition are legitimate and the Provincial People's Council continues to take note and study to increasingly meet voters' wishes.

Regarding the infrastructure system, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Council shared the difficulties of the ward and the people, and at the same time hoped that voters would also share with all levels, because investment in infrastructure construction must be ensured according to planning and depends on the budget.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Council also hopes that Nghi Hoa town, ward and each citizen need to make efforts, promote internal resources, and take advantage of external resources to well implement the targets set by Party congresses at all levels.
