After receiving voters' recommendations, delegate Nguyen Huu Cau - Director of Nghe An Provincial Police directly answered voters' concerns within his authority.
Sharing the difficulties that Yen Hoa people are facing regarding electricity and roads, delegate Cau suggested that Tuong Duong district study and allocate investment funds for some important roads and projects in the area, based on the Government's regulations for mountainous districts, to help the commune change its appearance.
Regarding the issue of low allowances for deputy-level officials and part-time officials, delegate Nguyen Huu Cau said that the Party and State are vigorously implementing Resolution 6 of the Central Committee on streamlining the apparatus, especially from now until 2020, reducing the payroll by at least 10%.
With such a huge number of apparatus, it is understandable that the budget regime is small. The delegate also acknowledged that in the above difficult context, the village, hamlet and semi-professional cadres still try to complete their tasks excellently, and at the same time hoped that each cadre would continue to stay close to the grassroots, care for the people, and bring the Party and State's policies and guidelines into people's lives.
Regarding the issue of job creation for children in mountainous areas after graduation, delegates suggested that people change their mindset, be proactive, creative, and find jobs for themselves, not necessarily working in state agencies.
