Voters of Dien Chau district reflect on inadequacies in implementing grassroots cadre policies
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 24, National Assembly deputies: Nguyen Thanh Hien - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Lieutenant General Nguyen Doan Anh - Commander of Military Region IV; Nguyen Van Chi - Member of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee had a meeting with voters of Dien Chau district.

At the meeting with voters, after listening to delegate Nguyen Van Chi - Member of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee announce the results of the 10th session,National AssemblyXIV term; voters frankly reflected and proposed many issues under the authority of all levels.
Voter Cao Huy Hoang (Dien Phuc) said that the law-making work is increasingly being focused on by the National Assembly, however, there are still some legal documents issued and applied in practice that have shortcomings, overlaps and unclear authority. Therefore, it is recommended that the National Assembly should improve the quality of this work.

Referring to the policymergerCommune-level administrative units, voter Cao Huy Hoang also proposed to the National Assembly that, in parallel with the merger to streamline the apparatus, reduce staff, and improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations, there should be solutions to deal with redundant staff and policies for redundant staff.
Also related to the regime and policies for cadres, voter Nguyen Van Hau (Dien Hai) reflected that the regime for youth union and association branches in hamlets according to the resolution of the Provincial People's Council is low and the timekeeping is inappropriate; the procedure for receiving annual support for the activities of special associations at the grassroots level requires red invoices, which is inappropriate.

Some voters also reflected on the overload situation at medical facilities; the quality of medical examination and treatment and the quality of service need to be further improved. Some issues regarding policies for people with meritorious services; compensation policies for site clearance... were also mentioned by voters.
At the end of the meeting with voters, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Nguyen Thanh Hien sincerely thanked voters for their concerns regarding the activities of the National Assembly as well as proposed many practical shortcomings for the National Assembly to grasp, study and resolve.

Explaining the issue of law-making quality, National Assembly delegate Nguyen Thanh Hien also admitted that in recent times, the quality of some laws has not been high, the preparation process has not been good, and the impact of the subjects has not been fully assessed. The provincial National Assembly delegation received voters' opinions to make recommendations to the National Assembly.
