Voters of Tan Ky district petitioned National Assembly deputies on many issues related to people's lives.
(Baonghean.vn) - The conference recorded 11 opinions with 25 specific issues from voters of Tan Ky district reflecting to National Assembly delegates related to the fields of people's lives and socio-economic development.
On the afternoon of November 22, the 14th National Assembly delegates including comrades: Phan Dinh Trac - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Committee; Nguyen Thanh Hien - Deputy Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province; Moong Van Tinh - official of Que Phong District Youth Union had a meeting with voters of the district.New Ky.

Pay attention to voters' suggestions
Voter Tran Trang Nghiem in Ky Tan commune expressed concern that localities have slowed down after reaching the new rural area target. He suggested that the State continue to encourage people and local authorities to continue improving the criteria for new rural area construction.
"All levels and sectors need to strengthen the supervision and control of the provision of medicine for medical examination according to health insurance cards. People who go to the hospital with health insurance cards are only given common, simple medicines, the rest have to buy expensive medicines" - Mr. Nghiem proposed.

Mr. Ho Sy Quang reported that Road 15B has been under construction for more than 10 years but many items have not been implemented. This is a strategic road serving the socio-economic development of Ky Tan, Nghia Dung and some neighboring localities.
Voter Thai Doan Ngo reflected that the area of primary upstream forest in Ky Tan commune bordering Yen Thanh district was devastated and encroached upon, suggesting that the State should convert it to production forest to exploit and promote the efficiency of forest land, while reducing State costs in forest protection work.

Also at the conference, voters of Tan Ky district proposed that the regime and policies for people with revolutionary contributions, the allowance regime for retired commune-level officials were too low; support for those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic; the flood discharge of hydropower plants affected people's lives and production; recommendations from market traders related to the construction of Tan Ky town market, etc.

Related toTan Ky new market conversion, The Party Central Committee Secretary hopes that the district will follow the correct procedures according to the Land Law and organize dialogues to clarify people's questions. Voters' recommendations will be forwarded to the province, agencies, ministries, departments, branches, the Government and the National Assembly.

Responding to voters' petitions about encroached forest areas, Chairman of Tan Ky District People's Committee Hoang Quoc Viet emphasized: Forest protection is first and foremost the responsibility of forest owners, and the responsibility of state management is the responsibility of communes, forest rangers, districts and other levels. The district directed relevant agencies to work with Yen Thanh district to return the forest areas encroached by people.

Regarding the proposal that Highway 15B is seriously degraded, the Chairman of Tan Ky District People's Committee said: In 2013, the State approved the investment policy for Highway 15B project. The project is divided into 2 phases. Accordingly, phase 1 will build Khe Kiem bridge and Khe Sung bridge; phase 2 will build the road from government bond capital.
Up to now, Khe Kiem bridge has been completed and Khe Sung bridge has 7 girders cast. Due to financial difficulties, the project is temporarily suspended.

In the coming time, the district will continue to propose to include the project in the medium-term public investment portfolio for the period 2021-2025, to overcome traffic problems to create favorable conditions for people to travel./.
