Regarding the revised Land Law Project, Chau Kim commune voters are very interested in "land 64". According to Decree 64 of the Government, agricultural land is allocated to individuals and households for stable and long-term use for agricultural production purposes. Voters expressed their opinions that the prescribed usage period of 50 years is too long. During that time, there have been many changes, households that previously had many members of land now do not have enough labor to produce, leading to abandonment or arbitrarily transferring land to other households, many households want to cultivate and produce but do not have land.

Regarding the criteria for building new rural areas, voters of Muong Noc commune suggested that the criteria for mountainous districts should be different from those for the plains. The current leveling criteria cause difficulties for mountainous districts in general and communes in particular.
