Removing difficulties and obstacles

With a frank spirit, voters of Quy Hop district have made many recommendations to the National Assembly, the Government and Nghe An province. Voter Lo Thanh Dong - Chairman of the People's Committee of Lien Hop commune informed: Lien Hop is located far from the district center, has complex terrain, the land is mainly hills and mountains, has a natural land area of 4,139.68 hectares, a population of 2,257 people with 506 households divided into 5 hamlets, of which the Thai ethnic group accounts for 99%. People's lives mainly depend on agricultural production, so they still face many difficulties.

Voter Luong Van Hue in Khot Sai village, Lien Hop commune, proposed that the marking of the traffic safety corridor on Provincial Road 532 is too wide, affecting the residential land of the people because of the characteristics of the mountainous and stream areas with very limited flat land area. He requested that relevant units speed up the construction progress of Provincial Road 532 to make it more convenient for people to travel.

National Assembly deputies are requested to give their opinions to competent authorities to pay attention to investing in the construction of the headquarters and working houses of Lien Hop commune, which are currently seriously degraded. At the same time, the State is interested in investing in building new rural areas for communes in remote and isolated areas. Voter Truong Thi Thu Ha in Lien Hop commune raised the difficulties and problems related to the implementation of support policies under Sub-project 1 - Project 3 - National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas for the period 2021-2030. In the whole district of Quy Hop, there are 14 households eligible for support, but only Lien Hop commune is not eligible to prepare a support application because the updated digital map and the number of items are mostly inconsistent in terms of location and forest land area.

In addition, the lack of accurate digital maps also causes considerable difficulties for localities in state management of land and forestry. We request the National Assembly Delegation and all levels and sectors to remove difficulties so that people can benefit from Sub-project 1, the National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minority Areas.

In addition, voters of Quy Hop district proposed issues related to policies for the elderly; State management of mineral exploitation to protect people's health and environment; dredging Cat To cave in Quan hamlet to prevent flooding for surrounding people,...

Regarding the slow construction of Provincial Road 534, the leader of Quy Hop district said that the road is currently being maintained with maintenance funds, the Provincial People's Council has approved the investment policy for the project to upgrade and renovate this road.

On behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, delegate Vi Van Son thanked and appreciated that the voters' opinions were very enthusiastic, responsible, clear, and highly constructive.
