| The 23rd Nghe An Newspaper Cup Youth and Children Football Tournament in 2019 took place from June 11 to 17, 2019. This year's tournament had nearly 500 players, 32 teams participating, including 20 Children's teams, 12 Youth teams from 21 districts, cities and towns in the province; 11 localities participated in both youth and children's age groups, including: Quynh Luu, Quy Hop, Vinh city, Thanh Chuong, Hung Nguyen, Tan Ky, Nghia Dan, Do Luong, Dien Chau, Nam Dan, Yen Thanh...
