(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of April 27, information from Nghe An Department of Health: The test results of the sample of Mr. D.D.N (the person who died on the bus from Hanoi to Do Luong town) were negative for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

According to the death investigation report of the Nghe An Province Center for Disease Control: Mr. D.D.N (born in 1964, residing in My Dinh, Hanoi; hometown in Do Luong town, Nghe An) is a security guard of Keang Nam Company (72-storey building, Pham Hung street, Me Tri, Hanoi). Mr. N has a history of heavy drinking.
On April 25, Mr. N drank alcohol and called his family to tell them about his health condition: fatigue, coughing a lot and spitting up blood... At 4:00 p.m. on April 26, Mr. N was brought porridge by his friend LHT (living in Cau Giay district, Hanoi). At 7:00 p.m. the same day, Mr. LHT called a taxi to take Mr. N to Nuoc Ngam bus station to return to his hometown.
At 8:00 p.m., Mr. N boarded the bus with license plate 37B - 019.27 running from Hanoi to Nghe An to Do Luong town. During the trip to Nghe An, there were 13 people on the bus (including 9 passengers and 4 drivers and assistants).
At around 3am on April 27, the bus arrived at the Do Luong District Post Office. The bus attendant woke Mr. D.D.N up and discovered that he had died. The bus company contacted the authorities and moved the bus to the Do Luong District Police Station, then took him to Do Luong General Hospital.
Upon receiving the news, the Do Luong District Medical Center coordinated with the Do Luong General Hospital to handle the environment and dispose of Mr. D.D.N's body according to regulations. After that, the Nghe An Center for Disease Control took 02 samples at 7:30 a.m. on April 27 for Covid-19 testing.
The Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control contacted Mr. LHT (Mr. D.D.N.’s friend) and asked him to self-isolate at home, contact the medical facility where he resides; conduct an investigation and detect cases that had contact with Mr. D.D.N during the trip from Hanoi to Nghe An; medical staff and police who had contact with Mr. D.D.N.’s body and passengers on the bus.
At 3:30 p.m. on April 27, Mr. D.D.N's sample was tested by the Nghe An Provincial Center for Disease Control and the result was negative for SARS-CoV-2 virus./.
