Provincial People's Council delegates of the 17th term met with voters of Quy Hop after the 8th session.

After listening to the results of the program content of the 8th session of the Provincial People's Council, voters of Chau Quang commune made recommendations and proposals on a number of issues that need attention and resolution.

The commune has reached the new rural finish line since 2015, however, to continue perfecting the criteria for rural roads and intra-field canals, voters requested the province to continue supporting cement.

Currently, due to the pollution of the upstream water source, rice production in the hamlets along the Nam Ton River has decreased, and people do not want to cultivate. Every day, dozens of stone trucks pass through the road through Banh village, causing the road to deteriorate, dusty in the sun and muddy in the rain, causing noise. Voters requested that businesses spray water daily to reduce dust and limit vehicle speed.

Some electric poles in hamlets and villages are seriously degraded, with exposed wires, but the electricity industry has not repaired them...

Delegate Vo Thi Minh Sinh explained a number of issues within her authority and fully summarized voters' recommendations to submit to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and resolution.

*On the same morning, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Minh - Chairman of the Veterans Association of Nghe An province met with voters of Quy Hop town.

At the meeting, voters made a number of suggestions: Domestic water in the town has a strong, unpleasant smell, and is sometimes cloudy. We request attention to check and resolve the issue; take measures to ensure traffic safety on the section of Chau Thon - Tan Xuan road passing through block 15, Quy Hop town;

Voters also expressed their frustration at frequent power outages but the Quy Hop Electricity Company did not notify the people in advance, so it needs to be reviewed to ensure people's daily life; sectors need to pay attention to closely monitoring and handling black credit and overloaded vehicles.

Besides, voters of Quy Hop town also made some recommendations on implementing policies for people with meritorious services.

Mr. Nguyen Dinh Minh explained a number of issues and summarized voters' suggestions to be sent to the authorities and departments of the district and province for resolution.
