Provincial People's Council delegates meet voters of Dong Hieu commune (Thai Hoa town)
(Baonghean.vn) -On the afternoon of June 20, comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council met with voters of Dong Hieu commune, Thai Hoa town to prepare for the 5th session of the 16th Provincial People's Council, term 2011-2016.
After listening to a general report on the general situation of the province and Thai Hoa town, voters highly agreed on the results achieved in the first 6 months of the year in the context of a difficult general economic situation.

At the meeting, voters of Dong Hieu commune expressed their opinions on a number of issues related to the local situation. Specifically: Requesting the government to solve the problem of environmental pollution due to the drainage system not being built synchronously in Dong Hong hamlet; upgrading the power grid system in Dong Du 1 hamlet due to low voltage, affecting the daily life of the people for a long time; upgrading educational facilities to meet the learning needs of local children; the issue of resolving policies for meritorious people, allowances for the elderly participating in grassroots work. In addition, voters also wanted to have some issues related to compensation, resettlement support for site clearance when land is recovered; compensation policy for cultivated land on farmland; speeding up the progress of some projects passing through the area when site clearance is completed, ensuring economic efficiency, and solving environmental pollution.
Comrade Dinh Thi Le Thanh and representatives of the People's Committee of Thai Hoa Town explained some questions from voters. Voters' opinions at 4 voter contact points in Thai Hoa Town will also be compiled and sent to the Provincial People's Council.
