Voter Vi Van Tien expressed his wish to consider adding Tien Ky to the list of particularly difficult communes in the 2021-2025 period. If not, there should be a special policy for communes with over 50% of the population being ethnic minorities and having just emerged from the list of particularly difficult communes. In fact, after the Covid-19 pandemic, reviewing poor households according to new standards, the number of poor households tends to increase (the rate of poor households is more than 29%), the rate of near-poor households at risk of falling back into poverty is quite high.
Meanwhile, voter Lo Ngoc Que expressed his agreement with the policy of streamlining and merging, but said that it is necessary to increase the regime for village and union cadres. In addition, voter Que proposed budget support for 2 committees of the People's Council at the commune level to operate effectively and better perform their tasks.
