Congress of Delegates of Hung Nghia Commune Party Committee (Hung Nguyen) for the 2020 - 2025 term

Hung Nghia Commune Party Committee was merged from Hung Tien and Hung Thang Commune Party Committees according to Decision No. 2365-QD/HU dated February 5, 2020 of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee. Currently, the commune Party Committee has a total of 423 party members operating in 13 Party cells.

During the past term (2015 - 2020), the Party Committee and Party Committee of the two old communes of Hung Tien and Hung Thang had many innovations in leadership and direction on the basis of closely following the policies, resolutions and directives of the Party at higher levels to concretize them in local conditions.

Along with that, the Party Committee and Party Committee pay attention to Party building work in terms of politics, ideology and organization, creating high solidarity and unity, properly implementing the principle of "collective leadership, individual responsibility"; promoting the role of the government, the Fatherland Front and mass organizations; promoting democracy and high consensus among the people for the common development goal of the locality.

After the merger, the Party Committee of Hung Nghia commune also urgently stabilized ideology, organization, and united leadership to continue to perfect the local political goals and tasks.

During the 2015-2020 term, the average annual economic growth rate reached 8.9%. The economic structure shifted towards reducing the proportion of agriculture and increasing the proportion of industry - construction; services - trade increased from 31.0% in 2015 to 43.9% in 2019. The cultural and social fields continue to receive attention and have many positive changes; in which education at all three levels maintains the achievement of national standard schools. Cultural and sports life develops extensively; attention is paid to resolving people's recommendations and reflections.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Hoang Van Phi - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Hung Nguyen District Party Committee highly appreciated the results achieved by the Party Committee and people of Hung Nghia commune in the term 2015 - 2020.

District Party Secretary Hoang Van Phi also oriented a number of contents for the congress to discuss and focus on leadership in the 2020 - 2025 term. In particular, focusing on directing the development of agricultural economy towards large scale and goods; linking the exploitation of advantages to develop industry, trade and services.

At the same time, the locality also needs to actively attract investment resources, strive to achieve advanced NTM standards in 2022 and achieve model NTM standards by the end of the term. Take comprehensive care and improve the quality of cultural and social activities.

At the same time, the Party Committee of the commune needs to focus on Party building in terms of political ideology, cadre organization, inspection and supervision; improve the leadership and management capacity of Party committees and authorities, promote the role of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations in gathering the solidarity of the entire people for the common development goal of the locality.

With the spirit of democracy and responsibility, the congress elected the Party Executive Committee of Hung Nghia commune for the 2020-2025 term, consisting of 16 comrades.
