Along with economic development, Dien Nguyen always attaches importance to the development of the fields of Culture - Society - National Defense - Security... Currently, 83% of families are recognized as cultural families; the quality of education is among the top in the district, 3/3 of schools meet national standards. Regarding Party building work, during the term, 31 new party members were admitted. Inspection and supervision work has always been carried out effectively, creating positive changes in the ideology of cadres and party members, enhancing the fighting strength of the Party.

At the Congress, 100% of Party members voted to pass the Resolution with 11 targets, tasks and solutions to be implemented in the new term. In particular, strive for an economic growth rate of 9.5 - 10%, average income per capita of 60 - 65 million VND/person/year, and no poor households in the commune. Focus resources on helping the commune meet advanced new rural standards. The Party Committee is classified as having completed its tasks well or better.
