(Baonghean.vn) - Tan Ky District Police in coordination with Do Luong District Police have just issued a decision to administratively sanction Ms. TT D (born in 1985, residing in Nghia Thai Commune, Tan Ky District, Nghe An Province) for providing and sharing fabricated information, causing confusion among the people.

Previously, on November 2, 2023, Do Luong District Police discovered a number of accounts posting a video of a group of female students fighting with many conflicting comments on social media. Through verification, Do Luong District Police determined that the posted video reflected the content of the incident that occurred on September 23, 2023, when a number of students had a personal conflict that led to a scuffle and fight. Afterwards, the students reconciled and left.

Notably, although she herself was not a witness, did not know the nature of the incident, and had only watched the viral video, Ms. TT D still interpreted the content and posted false information on her personal account, causing public confusion.

Because she was impatient, she posted it on her personal account for many people to know. Ms. TT D admitted that the above behavior was a violation of the law, and at the same time posted a correction and pledged not to repeat the offense.
