List of services allowed to operate when Vinh City implements Directive 16
(Baonghean.vn) - There are 20 categories of business and service types that are allowed to operate when Vinh City implements Directive 16, the remaining establishments are required to temporarily suspend operations.
Vinh City has issued Plan No. 180/KH-UBND dated August 16 to implement Decision No. 3000/QD-UBND dated August 16, 2021 of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee on implementing social distancing according to Directive No. 16/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister in the area.Vinh city.
Accordingly, business and service establishments allowed to operate in Vinh City include:
1.Gasoline, oil, gas, fuel.
2.Electricity, water for production and daily life.
3.Services to support transportation, export and import of goods.
4.Banking, treasury, securities services.
5.Business establishments providing services directly related to banking activities and supporting businesses (notary, lawyer, vehicle inspection, secured transaction registration, etc.).

6.Service business establishments (postal, telecommunications, television, computers, cameras, online conference equipment, office equipment).
8.Business establishments: Fertilizers, pesticides, vaccines, medicines for livestock, poultry and aquatic products.
9.Establishments producing and trading essential goods (such as rice, glutinous rice, sesame, peanuts, beans, wheat flour and wheat flour products; milk and dairy products; meat and meat products; eggs and egg products; seafood and seafood products; vegetables, tubers, fruits and products from vegetables, tubers, fruits; spices; sugar; cooking oil; bottled drinking water; some other food and foodstuff items serving daily essential consumption needs).

11.Supermarkets, mini supermarkets (except for on-site entertainment and food services); Shopping malls (including supermarkets as above, offices for rent).
12.Traditional markets (including stalls selling food, vegetables, fruits, dried goods, essential goods); Food service establishments (except for on-site dining).
13.Convenience stores, grocery stores, food and agricultural products stores.
14.Educational institutions (conduct online teaching and learning according to the instructions of the Department of Education and Training)…
15.Garages for cars, motorbikes, bicycles, etc.; Electronics supermarkets; Electronics, electrical appliances, refrigeration, and household electrical repair facilities.
16.Funeral goods and services.
17.Waste collection, transportation and treatment facilities.
18.Transportation services: Official vehicles, shuttle vehicles for workers, experts, quarantined people, vehicles transporting raw materials, fuel, production materials, goods, vehicles transporting materials for traffic and construction projects.
19.Supplies and materials for construction and transportation projects (cement, steel, bricks, stones, etc.).
20.Other emergencies (Emergency, natural disasters, fires…).
Production, business and service types not included in the above list must stop operating. Vinh City will strictly handle businesses that violate regulations on epidemic prevention.
