Man driving motorbike on the road was hit and killed by a car
(Baonghean.vn) - The victim was Mr. Luong Van Hong (born in 1962, residing in Loc village, Thong Thu commune, Que Phong district).
On the morning of January 20, Thong Thu Commune Police said that at around 6:30 p.m. on January 19, while driving his car from his neighbor's house to his house, Mr. Hong collided with a 7-seat car heading towards Thong Thu - Dong Van border gate.
The collision caused Mr. Hong to fall onto the road, suffering a traumatic brain injury. The victim was taken to the emergency room but died.

Authorities examined the scene, performed an autopsy and handed over the victim's body to the family for burial.
Initial information shows that the driver of the car was Nguyen Khac Nghia (residing in Nghi Phu commune, Vinh city), who was doing business in Laos. After the collision, the driver drove to Quy Chau district and was arrested by the traffic police.
The accident is being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
