Voters petitioned on many issues related to construction investment.
At the meeting, voters frankly made recommendations on issues of concern. Specifically, voter Ha Van Phong in Chau Thon commune suggested that the commune is divided by the Quang River, on the other side of the river there are 5 villages and more than 1,800 people, accounting for nearly 2/3 of the commune's population. Transporting construction materials for civil works and transporting and exchanging agricultural products is very difficult and costly. Suggesting that superiors pay attentioninvestment in building hard bridgesacross the river
Propose to invest in the construction of the Nam Tot canal extension to supplement the water source for irrigation of fields in hamlets and villages in Hung Tien, including (Co Ngu), Na Ty, Hop Tien (Na Lan, Pieu village). Chau Thon commune has received attention from the Central, province, and district in consolidating schools from the period 2000-2005. Up to now, all schools have been degraded, posing a risk to the lives and quality of teaching and learning of the school. It is recommended that higher authorities promptly inspect and allocate funds to maintain and repair these schools.
On the issue of construction investment, voters in Chau Thon commune proposed that higher authorities invest in centralized waste treatment facilities to solve environmental pollution in the area. Currently, many hamlets and villages in the commune do not have clean water for daily life, and they proposed that higher authorities continue to invest in building a domestic water system for the people.

Voter Vi Van Quan, Nam Nhoong commune, suggested that reducing the number of part-time workers at the commune level is correct. However, currently, the allowance is contracted so the level of benefits is reduced. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust and increase so that part-time workers at the commune level are dedicated and can handle the large amount of work as at present.
At the meeting, many voters suggested that purchasing motorbike insurance is currently mandatory, but when traffic participants unfortunately have an accident, the management agency does not fulfill its obligations for the insurance buyer, causing people to be upset and lose their rights; requesting that competent authorities consider and not include the content of purchasing motorbike insurance in compulsory management, to avoid inspection by competent authorities, administrative fines and loss of more money of the people.
It is recommended that the State continue to have preferential policies for commune cadres working in particularly difficult areas and ethnic minorities. The main source of income for people is from livestock and crop farming. However, in communes without veterinary and plant protection staff, when epidemics occur in livestock and crops, it causes great damage to the people's economy. Therefore, it is recommended that superiors arrange specialized veterinary and plant protection staff for communes.

Need to include in public investment roadmap for implementation
After listening to voters' opinions, representatives of district leaders and provincial departments and branches explained and answered questions within their authority.
On behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Tran Van Mao - Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation acknowledged the recommendations of voters of Chau Thon commune, and answered a number of issues that voters reflected and proposed. Specifically, investment in the construction of bridges, flood avoidance roads, schools... is completely related to funding. These are urgent issues, so the district needs to include them in the roadmap.public investmentto deploy.
Regarding the current issue of purchasing motorbike insurance, this is a voluntary civil liability insurance issue. In principle, when an accident occurs due to objective fault, the insurance company must compensate. However, in reality, it is very difficult... This issue will be proposed to the competent authorities for solutions. In addition, preferential policies for commune officials, positions of plant protection officials, commune-level veterinary officials, part-time officials... These are issues that have been questioned at the Provincial People's Council meeting, on that basis, there will be a review and step-by-step adjustment.
