Nghe An National Assembly Deputies meet voters of Thai Hoa Town, Vinh City

(Baonghean.vn) -Before the 3rd session of the 12th National Assembly, on the afternoon of May 3, National Assembly delegates of Nghe An province met with voters of Long Son ward (Thai Hoa town).

At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hai - a delegate of the 13th National Assembly, informed voters of Long Son ward about the agenda of the upcoming 3rd session of the 13th National Assembly.




Voters made recommendations at the meeting.

At the meeting, voters of Long Son ward suggested that there should be appropriate policies for commune and ward officials, especially part-time officials; compensation prices for assets on land, support for resettlement and site clearance for urban planning and construction in Thai Hoa town are still low; suggested that the National Assembly and the State should pay more attention to policies for people with revolutionary contributions, prioritize job creation for children of wounded soldiers and disabled soldiers after graduating from universities and colleges; there should be policies to support businesses during difficult economic times to create jobs for workers...

The delegation directly explained some opinions of voters and at the same time synthesized other opinions to submit to the National Assembly.

Also this afternoon, May 3, the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province, including Mr. Tran Huu Tuat - Deputy Commander of Military Region IV; Doctor Nguyen Minh Hong continued to have a meeting with voters of Nghi Kim commune, Vinh city.

At the meeting, voters of Nghi Kim commune expressed concerns about the implementation of regimes and policies for policy families and people with revolutionary contributions, especially the procedures and beneficiaries of Agent Orange regimes, which still have many shortcomings. The State needs to conduct research to make anti-corruption work more effective and practical; to divide the levels appropriately and improve the quality of medical examination and treatment according to the health insurance regime. Issues related to rural areas such as clean water for daily life and environmental sanitation need to be given more attention.



National Assembly deputies meet voters in Nghi Kim commune

It is necessary to pay attention to solving the pollution problem from Hung Dong landfill, because this landfill is still polluting the environment, affecting the lives and production of the people. Currently, in the commune, there are a number of traffic projects, bus station construction projects, although approved for investment, have not been implemented for many years.

Therefore, the government needs to conduct research to ensure that approved projects are implemented quickly and effectively, ending the situation where projects are not implemented and people do not have land for production. Pay attention to supporting sustainable development for farmers whose agricultural land is recovered to serve state projects. Some issues that voters have proposed and wished to sell electricity at home; research to reduce taxes on agricultural land, because prices increased significantly in 2012.

Provincial National Assembly deputies specifically explained a number of issues related to each field that the deputies are in charge of; promised to receive and fully convey the thoughts and aspirations of voters to relevant levels and sectors for resolution.
