Investigation of the large explosion at Lung Lo apartment building in Vinh city

According to private sources, on the evening of March 18, on the 3rd floor of Lung Lo apartment building (Vinh Tan ward, Vinh city), a large explosion occurred.

Specifically, at around 9pm, a loud explosion occurred in apartment 309 of Lung Lo apartment building. The explosion caused Mr. BHA (born in 1996, living in the apartment) to have his hand completely crushed. The victim was then taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.

An officer from Vinh City Police confirmed that an explosion had occurred and that an investigation was underway. The police are currently determining the exact cause of the explosion and the cause of the incident.
