Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong presented Decision No. 3621-QD/TU dated April 28, 2020 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee approving Comrade Phung Thanh Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Do Luong district to hold the position of Secretary of the Do Luong District Party Committee, term 2015 - 2020.

Congratulating comrade Phung Thanh Vinh and the Do Luong District Party Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Thong assessed that the new Secretary of the Do Luong District Party Committee has made great efforts in his working positions.

Over the past time, with the consensus, support and cooperation of comrades in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the care of the people of Do Luong district, he has affirmed himself in his work.

Previously, implementing Decision No. 3526-QD/TU dated March 2, 2020 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work, comrade Ngoc Kim Nam, Secretary of Do Luong District Party Committee, was assigned to cease participating in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and cease holding the position of Secretary of Do Luong District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term; transferred and assigned comrade Ngoc Kim Nam to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission./.
