Do Luong: Auction of 183 land lots, budget revenue over 100 billion VND
(Baonghean.vn) - From the beginning of 2018 to now, Do Luong district has conducted 9 land auctions in 9 communes and towns. The number of auctioned land lots is 183 lots, with a total area of 30,872m2. Land use fees collected are over 110 billion 244 million VND, registration fees are 551 million VND.
The communes that auctioned many land lots were Hong Son (21 lots), Thinh Son (28 lots), Tru Son (15 lots), and the town had 75 lots. The town's land auction revenue alone accounted for the majority of the district's total land auction revenue, reaching nearly 76.5 billion VND.

Regarding the issuance of land use right certificates, after receiving feedback from voters at the 5th session of the 19th term District People's Council, the People's Committee of Do Luong district has focused on directing relevant departments and specialized agencies, including: Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Office of Land Use Right Registration and Do Luong Tax Department to have close coordination and timely implementation of the stages in the process of issuing land use right certificates.
The department in charge of receiving and appraising applications for granting land use right certificates has increased its responsibility for appraising, printing and submitting for signing land use right certificates, and processing within the prescribed time the applications from households, individuals, communes and towns requesting the issuance of certificates. Therefore, the results of granting land use right certificates have increased compared to the same period and exceeded the assigned plan.

Specifically, by June 30, 2018, 3,008 applications had been received, of which 1,950 land use right certificates of all types had been issued (equal to 57.18% of the plan);
Received and processed 2,475 applications for land use right guarantees; received and processed 1,350 applications for additional land use status measurement; gradually met the needs of land users to exercise their rights./.
