(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of November 22, in Vinh City, the National Assembly Delegation, the Standing Committee of the People's Council, and the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province held a summary of the coordination work between the three parties and signed the Coordination Regulations for the 2021-2026 term.

ENHANCE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF AGENCIES WHEN IMPLEMENTING THE REGULATIONS

During the 2016-2021 term, implementing the Coordination Regulations, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee, and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Standing Committee closely coordinated, deployed, and effectively organized activities, contributing to the successful completion of assigned political tasks in all fields.

In particular, they have coordinated to consolidate, expand and strengthen the great national unity bloc; build laws and resolutions of the Provincial People's Council; supervise; provide social criticism; participate in meetings, sessions, in information and propaganda work and coordinate in implementing other activities. The three parties have also coordinated in people's petition work such as: Organizing meetings with voters and synthesizing opinions and recommendations of voters and people; receiving citizens and handling complaints and denunciations.

The practice of implementing the Coordination Regulations between the National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Standing Committee shows that coordination between the parties is an extremely important solution in effectively implementing political tasks, thereby continuously improving the quality and effectiveness of the parties' activities. Coordination between the parties needs to be strengthened and carried out in a synchronous and regular manner, towards voters and the people; ensuring benefits for voters and the people, contributing to increasing the effectiveness of the Coordination Regulations.

At the meeting, comrades Vo Thi Minh Sinh and Nguyen Nam Dinh agreed that based on the Coordination Regulations, it is necessary to specify them in an annual program and evaluate the implementation results each year; at the same time, innovate the working methods of each agency and the coordination work between the three agencies, including increasing the application of information technology in activities such as applying software to monitor, receive, and resolve voters' recommendations, including petitions and complaints of citizens...

On that basis, the leaders of the National Assembly Delegation, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee signed the Coordination Regulations for the 2021-2026 term on the principle of ensuring proper implementation of legal provisions, equality, close coordination, creating conditions for the parties to perform well their functions and tasks according to the provisions of law.

In the process of coordinating the implementation of activities, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee and the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Standing Committee fully and promptly perform the work contents within the scope of tasks, powers and responsibilities of each party according to the provisions of law and the Regulations.

The parties also highlighted the responsibility of the agencies in the coordination relationship, contributing to consolidating and building a strong government, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of citizens; gradually improving the quality and effectiveness of the activities of the National Assembly Delegation, People's Council, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province.

COOPERATION TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF BUILDING RESOLUTIONS

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the People's Council of Nghe An province Thai Thanh Quy emphasized the necessity of signing the Coordination Regulations between the three units. Each unit must closely follow its functions, tasks and the Coordination Regulations to better perform its work.

To implement the contents of the Coordination Regulations, including the coordination in building and promulgating resolutions of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Party Secretary noted that it is necessary to seek the opinions of the People on some draft resolutions of the People's Council that have impacts and are sensitive and require criticism from voters and the People, because this will help the Provincial People's Council to make more accurate, more appropriate, and closer decisions, meeting the expectations and aspirations of the main subject, which is the People.

The Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council needs to pay attention to this content to advise the Standing Committee of the People's Council to propose to the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee the contents of the draft resolution that need to collect public opinions.

Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy also suggested that the parties coordinate to innovate voter contact work in the direction of: in addition to contacting voters in the traditional form, it is necessary to increase the application of information technology so that each delegate and delegation interact with voter groups according to the constituency through online forms. With this content, it is necessary to first build a few models among the provincial People's Council delegates.

Along with that, all three units need to apply information technology and digital transformation thoroughly and maximally in their work, including monitoring and updating the process of handling voters' opinions and resolving complaints and denunciations.

The head of the Provincial Party Committee also agreed that based on the Coordination Regulations, all three agencies will have an annual coordination program to evaluate the implementation results and determine specific tasks that need to be coordinated in the following year in accordance with the situation and developments of each year.

The Provincial Party Secretary also agreed to coordinate with the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to organize the scoring of Provincial People's Council delegates; thereby helping the scoring to be closer, more objective and more accurate.
