In the coming time, to receive citizens and resolvecomplaint, accusationTo be effective, units need to urge and direct this work. First of all, in implementing the law on receiving citizens and handling complaints and denunciations, it is necessary to ensure the right to complain and denounce.
Specifically, in receiving citizens and handling complaints and denunciations, it is necessary to promote the role of the leader, have a schedule for receiving citizens; focus on classifying petitions and letters, handling which petitions are returned, which petitions are transferred for processing; continue to promote the application of information technology, especially the publicity and connection between units in receiving citizens, handling complaints and denunciations to know whether a certain issue has been resolved or not. Another issue that also needs to be focused on is the need to continue to disseminate and educate the law so that people understand their rights and responsibilities in making complaints and denunciations - Comrade Thai Thi An Chung emphasized.
