Enough tricks to separate heartspeople

In the context of many difficulties in preventing the Covid-19 epidemic, hostile and reactionary forces with the plot to carry out "peaceful evolution" see this as an opportunity to sabotage Vietnam. Recently, through a number of foreign radio stations, newspapers and social networks, they continue to spread manydistorted informationwith the aim of scattering people's hearts and dividing the great national unity of our people. These are extremely dangerous tricks that our entire Party, people and army need to identify and resolutely fight to reject.

All the tricks of hostile forces are hidden under the guise of the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic. Many policies, directives, and guidelines for epidemic prevention and control of the Party and Government of Vietnam have been distorted and misrepresented by them as "not for the benefit of the people..." but for the "interest of the Party". They believe that the task of epidemic prevention and control belongs to the Ministry of Health, and that Vietnam's use of the Army to support the Police in controlling people to implement the Prime Minister's Directive is for "security and defense reasons" and not for "disease prevention and control". They believe that epidemic prevention and control by administrative measures in Vietnam is just "kidnapping and abandoning the plate" and is ineffective. The strategy of vaccinating the people has also been distorted and misrepresented by hostile forces, claiming that Vietnam was "delayed" in this matter and when there was a vaccine, it was implemented "at a snail's pace"; there was a distinction between "officials" and "civilians"; “rich” and “poor” in vaccination…

They falsely accused the Vietnamese authorities of taking measures against some individuals who posted false information on the internet as "violating freedom of information", "freedom of speech" and inciting people to protest. Similarly, some people who showed subjective and negligent behavior, violated regulations in epidemic prevention and control were punished,... they also shouted that: Vietnam violated human rights...

While people at home and abroad, organizations, groups and businesses are voluntarily and enthusiastically supporting and contributing to the constructionCovid-19 Vaccine FundHostile forces then slandered that the Party and the government "forced" people and "forced" businesses to contribute to the fund. In the context of the complicated developments of the epidemic, many groups and individuals have carried out very valuable and admirable humanitarian and charitable activities, but those with ill will deliberately viewed those activities in a negative light to distort and misrepresent them in order to sow suspicion, misunderstanding, and distrust among the people.

By carrying out these arguments and tricks, hostile, reactionary, and opportunistic forces have no other purpose than to erode the people's trust and divide them from the Party; to cause distraction, separate people's hearts, and destroy the great national unity of our people in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic.

The truth refutes all distortions.

Perhaps in this world, no nation has to overcome as many hardships and challenges as the Vietnamese people, no country has to face and fight as many natural disasters and enemies as Vietnam. “Unity, unity, great unity/ Success, success, great success” is an extremely valuable lesson of the Vietnamese people through thousands of years of building and defending the country.

More than anyone else, the Vietnamese nation and people understand very well the value, meaning and importance of solidarity. Thanks to that, the Party, State and people of Vietnam are always determined to do everything possible to build and consolidate the great national solidarity bloc and resolutely fight against and defeat all plots and tricks aimed at destroying the great national solidarity bloc.

Immediately after the pandemic broke out, our Party and Government issued a series of policies, resolutions, and directives demonstrating a resolute spirit and determination to prevent and fight the pandemic, care for people's lives, and protect their health. That spirit and determination have received consensus from the whole society and the responsible participation of the whole community.

Along with tens of thousands of doctors, medical staff; military officers, soldiers, and police officers on the front lines, many students, veterans, and retired doctors have also volunteered to be present on the front lines against the epidemic. The Government's policies and measures to prevent and control the epidemic have been strictly followed by people in residential areas, quarantine areas, and Covid-19 patient treatment areas. Many agencies and units have voluntarily given up their barracks, headquarters, schools, hotels, etc. for the government and specialized agencies to use as treatment and quarantine areas.

The more difficult and arduoussolidarity, the "mutual love and affection" of the Vietnamese people has been multiplied even more strongly. Especially in this fourth wave of the epidemic, many southern localities, especially Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho City; the provinces of Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Tay Ninh... are becoming hot spots of the pandemic. The army and people across the country have had many practical, timely and effective activities to help people, especially those in difficult circumstances. Dozens of tons of food and provisions have been donated to support and help local people overcome difficulties.

Ministries, branches and localities in the North have sent many working groups to the South to help people prevent and fight the pandemic. Thousands of billions of VND have been donated by units, localities, organizations and enterprises to promptly support forces on the front lines of the pandemic and disadvantaged localities. The Covid-19 Vaccine Fund, immediately after its establishment and launch, received a very strong response from agencies, units, organizations, unions, enterprises and a large number of people at home and abroad and has achieved positive results.

The spirit of solidarity is not only clearly demonstrated by the determination to defeat the pandemic and protect the health of people in the country, but also deeply demonstrated by the policy of opening our arms to welcome overseas Vietnamese; protecting and caring for the health of foreigners studying, working and working in Vietnam.

It can be said that the reality of the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic once again affirms that the tradition of solidarity of the Vietnamese people has not only been maintained but also promoted to a height suitable to new conditions and circumstances. No force can divide or break the great national solidarity of the Vietnamese people.

Promote the responsibility of building great solidarity

The Covid-19 pandemic continues to develop very complicatedly in many localities across the country. Unity means life, division means death! The painful lesson we learn from the nation's long history is: The more difficult the situation, the more united we must be.

On behalf of the Party and State leaders, General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong recently issued an appeal to prevent and fight the Covid-19 pandemic, stating: “We have tried even harder; we have united even more; we have determined even more; the entire nation is one, united with the Party, the Government, all levels and sectors to find every way to prevent and repel the epidemic, not allowing it to spread and break out in the community...”.

First of all, each of us needs to raise awareness, be self-aware, and strictly comply with epidemic prevention regulations. Many events and actions of organizations and individuals are aimed at defeating the Covid-19 pandemic. Each of us should look at these actions with a positive attitude, in a constructive spirit, and not, out of petty thoughts or personal motives, have malicious words and actions that cause discord and divide solidarity in the community.

Especially in the face of increasingly fierce and fierce sabotage by hostile and reactionary forces, each of us needs to clearly demonstrate our civic responsibility to avoid writing articles and spreading false and untrue news, causing division and disunity, and scattering people's hearts for bad guys and hostile and reactionary forces to take advantage of. Each person needs to constantly heighten their vigilance, clearly identify and proactively participate in the fight to defeat all plots and tricks against Vietnam by hostile, reactionary and opportunistic political forces./.
