Recently, a clip went viral on social media recording a young man driving a motorbike in a dangerous manner, causing outrage in the online community.

Thuan Trung Commune Police promptly stopped a group of teenagers from gathering and driving recklessly at night.

On the evening of July 18, while patrolling to ensure security and order in the area, the armed patrol team of Thuan Trung Commune Police (Nghe An) discovered a group of teenagers driving motorbikes without helmets, without license plates, speeding, recklessly overtaking, and honking loudly, causing traffic insecurity and anger to passersby.
Over 200 students in Nghe An were punished for being underage to drive.

This is one of the traffic safety violations involving school-age children that Nghe An Traffic Police have discovered and handled since October 1st.
