Entering the tournament, the draw of luck put Tan Ky in group D with Hung Nguyen, Tuong Duong, and Con Cuong. Many people considered this an easy group and with the spirit of a big team, Nhi Dong Tan Ky easily crushed Nhi Dong Hung Nguyen 3-0 in the opening match. In the second match, they continued to show their superior strength when they scored 6 unanswered goals against Con Cuong. In the final round of the group stage, despite playing leisurely and fielding only reserve players, they easily defeated Tuong Duong 1-0.

Winning 3 group stage matches without conceding any goals, Nhi Dong Tan Ky proved why they had reached 15 finals and won 5 championships before. Being the group leader, in the Quarterfinals, the Tan Ky young players only had to face Nam Dan (the second team in group C). With the ambition to win a ticket to the next round, continuing to affirm their position as the "big guy" of children's football, right from the start of the match, the players from the "molasses" country launched a massive attack. With an overwhelming advantage, they easily defeated the team from Uncle Ho's hometown 3-1 to advance to the Semi-finals.

Many people have commented that Tan Ky was lucky to fall into the easy bracket, however, the 2-0 victory over Do Luong in the Semi-finals that took place yesterday morning showed that they possess a sharp, unpretentious but extremely effective playing style. Especially in the goal is goalkeeper Pham Gia Bao who has only conceded 1 goal. With his skillful flying ball catching moves, discouraging many opponents, Pham Gia Bao is considered the successor of Nguyen Van Hoang - the current main goalkeeper of Song Lam Nghe An Club.
Obviously, to advance to the Final, Tan Ky is not an easy opponent for any team.
Dien Chau: Desire to touch the prestigious Cup once
Dien Chau is one of the cradles of Nghe An youth football. Since the 2013, 2014, 2015 seasons, Dien Chau's youth football teams have continuously been present in the semi-finals. Following the footsteps of their senior Que Ngoc Hai of Song Lam Nghe An Club as well as the National Team, Dien Chau's children's players are eager to win the championship to satisfy the long-standing desire of the district's fans.

In the group stage of this tournament, Dien Chau was in Group C with Nam Dan, Nghi Loc and Ky Son. Because they were not highly rated when entering the tournament, the young players from the coastal area of Dien Chau played with great determination. They were eager to prove to the audience that they were the team that was a candidate for the championship.
In the opening match, they scored 8 goals without a reply against Nhi Dong Ky Son. In the second match, they continued to show their strength against Nam Dan team with a 4-2 victory. In the final round, Dien Chau young players won 4-1 against Nhi Dong Nghi Loc to advance to the next round with the top position in the group.

In the Quarterfinals, Dien Chau had to face Nhi Dong Yen Thanh, the team that also finished first in Group B. This was considered a very strong test for their championship ambitions. This match was considered the early “final” of the tournament as Yen Thanh was a highly rated team. However, with their bravery and reasonable tactics, Dien Chau defeated their opponents to win a ticket to the Semifinals.
In the Semi-final match, facing a Quy Hop team with tall and strong players who played aggressively. Although their physical strength seemed to be inferior to their opponents, the young Dien Chau players always knew how to exploit their opponents' weaknesses to attack. The smooth passes were created by the Dien Chau players in their home field, and ended with smart passes for the small players to rush up and score. Winning 4-2 against Quy Hop, Dien Chau confidently entered the Final match with a very comfortable mentality.
