Mr. Vo Khanh Toan - Party Secretary, Chairman of Tien Phong Commune People's Committee said: Because this election area does not have national grid electricity, the locality has prepared generators to provide electricity during the election. Due to the implementation of Covid-19 epidemic prevention work, voters did not gather in one session, but spread out all day, to ensure distance during the voting process. By 10 o'clock, out of a total of 415 voters in this area, more than 70% of voters had finished voting, about 30% of voters due to the central commune of the village, so they voted this afternoon.

According to a quick report from the Que Phong District Election Council, after the opening ceremony, at exactly 7:00 a.m., voting began at 10 local early voting areas.
In this early election, the Que Phong District Election Committee and other localities prepared quite carefully in many aspects. Most of the constituencies had members of the District Election Committee attending and checking. By 11:00, the number of voters who had gone to the polls reached nearly 80%.
