Vinh urban infrastructure, many limitations need to be overcome

(Baonghean.vn) - Vinh City is transforming and developing. Although its urban infrastructure is rated quite high compared to the average level of other cities in the country, it is revealing many limitations that need to be overcome.

Super typhoon RAGASA has a gust of over level 17 and is entering the East Sea. Nghe An is forecast to have widespread heavy rain.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 5:00 p.m. on September 22, storm RAGASA was about 120km north of Luzon Island (Philippines), maintaining a level 17 intensity (202-221km/h), gusting above level 17, and was still moving in a West-Northwest direction at a speed of 20-25km/h and entering the East Sea.

The Prime Minister directed ministries, branches and localities to proactively respond to super typhoon Ragasa.
