Two women in Nghe An were proposed to be disciplined for posting information about a positive case at a garment company.
(Baonghean.vn) - Two women in Nam Dan district were summoned by the police after posting information about a Covid-19 case at a company.
On June 20, Mr. Tran Anh Tuan - Chief Inspector of the Department of Information and Communications said that because Vinh City is in social isolation according to Directive 16, the unit has transferred the file to the PA05 Department of Nghe An Provincial Police to direct the Nam Dan District Police to handle two cases of posting false information about Covid-19 on social networks.
A day ago, two Facebook accounts posted information that Minh Anh Garment Company had a case of Covid-19 infection. This information was then widely spread on social networks. Because the garment company has thousands of workers from many districts in Nghe An province, the information that this company had an infection caused panic among many people. In particular, it affected the company's production activities.
