(Baonghean.vn) - The fire on November 18 completely destroyed the house where Ms. Vo Thi Ngo in Doi Cung ward, Vinh city and her children and grandchildren were living. Fortunately, there were no human casualties.
Mrs. Ngo's family is in a difficult situation. Her husband was sick for a long time and then passed away. Mrs. Ngo is the main breadwinner, working as a construction worker to raise her children and grandchildren. After going through the prolonged Covid-19 pandemic, the family was already in a difficult situation and now they are even more destitute when a fire burned down the entire house and all the property and belongings in the house.
