Successfully controlled pine forest fire on Quyet mountain
(Baonghean.vn) - A fierce fire broke out in the western pine forest area at the foot of Dung Quyet mountain, Vinh city.
At 9:05 p.m. on June 17, a serious forest fire broke out in Block 4, Trung Do Ward, Vinh City.
From above, the fire raged fiercely in the western pine forest at the foot of Dung Quyet mountain. Due to many days of hot weather and strong winds blowing from the west, the fire spread quickly to neighboring areas.

As soon as the fire was discovered, people gathered in large numbers and called the authorities. Vinh City immediately mobilized 2 fire trucks and hundreds of soldiers to put out the fire. However, approaching the fire was quite difficult because the fire area was close to residential areas.

After about 1 hour, the fire was controlled by fire police officers.
The cause of the fire is being investigated by authorities.
