At this session, the National Assembly will consider and approve 8 draft laws and 3 draft resolutions, including: Law on Consumer Rights Protection (amended); Law on Bidding (amended); Law on Prices (amended); Law on Electronic Transactions (amended); Law on Cooperatives (amended); Law on Civil Defense; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on People's Public Security; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Exit and Entry of Vietnamese Citizens and Law on Entry, Exit, Transit and Residence of Foreigners in Vietnam.

The National Assembly also considered three draft resolutions on the 2024 Law and Ordinance Development Program, adjusting the 2023 Law and Ordinance Development Program; Resolution amending and supplementing Resolution No. 85/2014/QH13 dated November 28, 2014 on taking a vote of confidence and voting for people holding positions elected or approved by the National Assembly and People's Councils; Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City.

In addition, the National Assembly will consider and comment on 9 draft laws, including: Land Law (amended) (second opinion); Real Estate Business Law (amended); Housing Law (amended); Water Resources Law (amended); Telecommunications Law (amended); Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones; Citizen Identification Law (amended); Law on Credit Institutions (amended); Law on Forces Participating in Protecting Security and Order at the Grassroots Level.

In addition, the National Assembly will review and comment on additional assessment reports on the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the state budget in 2022; the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the state budget in the first months of 2023. Approve the 2021 state budget settlement. Review the report on thrift practice and waste prevention in 2022. The National Assembly will exercise supreme supervision over the mobilization, management and use of resources for the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic; the implementation of policies and laws on grassroots health care and preventive medicine. Review and approve resolutions on the Supervision Program and the establishment of the National Assembly's Thematic Supervision Delegation in 2024.

This session of the National Assembly also considered and decided on the adjustment of the investment policy for the Ka Pet Reservoir Project in Ham Thuan Nam District, Binh Thuan Province. It also considered and decided on the investment policy for the Road Project from National Highway 27C to Provincial Road DT.707 in Khanh Hoa Province - connecting with Lam Dong and Ninh Thuan.

Consider and decide on the continued allocation of medium-term public investment capital and capital of the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program. Consider and decide on the adjustment and supplement of the charter capital for the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development. The Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front reports on the synthesis of opinions and recommendations of voters and the People sent to the 5th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Consider the report on the results of monitoring the settlement of voters' recommendations sent to the 4th Session of the 15th National Assembly. Conduct questions and answers.
