Seeking opinions on the project to prevent and limit illegal strikes

With the investment of many large projects and the development of enterprises in Nghe An province in recent times, it has contributed significantly to job creation, labor attraction, and great contribution to the province's budget revenue.

However, besides the positive aspects, labor relations in the province have been and are having complicated developments.strikehas been on the rise in recent years. In the period 2018 - 2022, there were 19 strikes, 19/19 of which were not in accordance with legal procedures. The content of the strikes is increasingly complicated, the number of participants is increasing, and the time to resolve them is getting longer. In February 2022, there were also 4 consecutive strikes in Nghe An province.

In order to create a healthy investment environment, facilitate business operations as well as protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued the Project "Some solutions to prevent and limit strikes that do not comply with legal procedures in Nghe An province in the period of 2022 - 2030" which is extremely necessary.

The project has pointed out the current situation of strikes and the work of preventing strikes that do not follow the legal procedures in Nghe An province in the period of 2018 - 2022. From there, the project also mentioned the goals, tasks and solutions to prevent and limit strikes that do not follow the legal procedures in the area in the period of 2022 - 2030.

Attend the event, representativeunionand the human resources departments of enterprises and specialized union officials have provided many quality opinions to supplement and contribute to the project.
