Some buses often wait for passengers at stations for too long, so when other buses arrive at the station, there is no more room to stop along the lines and they have to line up outside the designated area of the station, causing traffic obstruction for other vehicles.
In particular, every time the buses arrive at the station, motorbikes rush out onto the road to pick up passengers, causing chaos, disturbing the urban landscape and potentially causing traffic accidents.
This situation happens regularly but there is no sign of authorities handling the violations.

At some points, due to the routes picking up and dropping off passengers together, and the buses racing against time, at many bus stations, there are times when 3 to 4 buses arrive at the station at the same time, lining up in long lines to pick up and drop off passengers.
Mr. Nguyen Cong Ly - Deputy Chief Inspector of Traffic - Nghe An Department of Transport said: "There is no document regulating how long buses stop at stations.
Many buses arrive at the station at the same time because the bus schedules overlap; in particular, because the bus companies do not comply with regulations, there are times when buses arrive and back up at the stations. We only handle such violations when we encounter them, because we do not have people to constantly stand guard at the bus stations."
