At around 0:12 on August 28, a large fire broke out at a factory area divided into small kiosks on Tan Trieu Moi Street, Thanh Liet Ward, Hanoi City.
Factory flooded half a meter deep and caught fire fiercely

In the early morning of August 28, a factory fire broke out on Tan Trieu Street (Hanoi), dozens of police officers and more than 10 fire trucks were mobilized. Notably, the area where the fire broke out was still flooded to a depth of 0.5m.
