Inspecting at the People's Committee of Quy Hop district, the provincial interdisciplinary inspection team concluded: The district has issued an official dispatch on strengthening discipline and administrative discipline for departments, offices and units under the district.

The Chairman of the District People's Committee has established inspection teams to inspect the implementation of discipline and administrative discipline. By May 23, the district's team had inspected 6 communes. After the inspections, the district issued a notice of conclusion to the units.

However, through inspection, it was found that the desks of civil servants who are specialists have not been equipped with name tags; there are still cases where civil servants do not strictly comply with wearing badges while on duty.

The inspection team for compliance with working hours at 7:15 a.m. at 12 specialized departments and the Land Use Rights Registration Office had 40 people present; 26 people were absent, of which 1 person had an unknown reason.

At the one-stop department, the facilities are not yet adequate and the human resources arrangement does not meet the requirements. The work areas and some administrative procedures implemented under the one-stop mechanism are not yet in accordance with regulations.

However, when checking at the one-stop department, the public posting of administrative procedures is not complete according to regulations; some areas are still handled at specialized departments; the office culture regulations have not been amended or supplemented in accordance with the provisions of Directive 26 of the Prime Minister and Directive 17 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
