Similarly, at Nghi Kim Secondary School, the school also announced that due to the influence of the tropical depression, some roads in some areas of the city were flooded. Therefore, to ensure the safety of students when going to school, the school announced that students will be off school on September 23 and will have a plan to make up for the missed class.
