Reporting at the conference, the leader of the Department of Construction said that in 2021, the implementation of tasks was in the context of many difficulties and challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but with the attention and support of the Ministry of Construction and the province, Nghe An Department of Construction successfully completed the assigned tasks.

Over the past year, the Department of Construction has done a good job in architectural management.planningUrban construction and development. Advised the Provincial People's Committee to allow localities to establish district construction planning in parallel with the provincial planning to complete the criteria for new rural districts. Up to now, 02 districts have had their projects approved (Nam Dan, Yen Thanh), 08 districts have had their tasks approved.

Appraisal of 632 planning projects, appraisal of 6 zoning plans, appraisal quality is increasingly improved, planning projects are adjusted in a better direction, ensuring standards and regulations on construction planning.

Closely check the capacity of consulting and design survey organizations... Implement well the management of construction prices and site clearance compensation through the announcement of construction material prices and construction price indexes, and the announcement of steel prices due to sudden fluctuations (April, May, July 2021).

At the conference, representatives of units and localities contributed opinions and discussions focusing on highlighting the advantages as well as difficulties and limitations in the implementation of tasks in 2021. In 2022, the Construction industry has proposed 15 key tasks and solutions.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Le Ngoc Hoa - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee acknowledged and commended the efforts of the Construction industry in the past time. Basically agreed with the 2021 report and 11 key tasks and solutions of the Construction industry in 2022.
