In the document approving the above investment policy, the Provincial People's Committee said that the goal is to attract and call for investors to implement the Solar Power Plant project according to the adjusted Power Plan VII approved by the Prime Minister to produce electricity from solar energy and transmit it to the national power system to ensure energy security.

The Provincial People's Committee requests relevant departments, branches and People's Committees of districts and towns, according to their functions and duties, to appraise, inspect and promptly advise the province to ensure investment and environmental processes and conditions according to regulations, creating conditions for investors to complete investment procedures, surveys and construction according to plan.

The project has been appraised by the competent authorities in the first stage, including legal documents on capacity and current land use status. It is expected that from February to December 2022, the investor will complete legal investment procedures and start construction and installation of items from January 2023 and in December 2023, it will be inaugurated, energized and put into commercial operation.
