Nghe An completed 66% of houses for the poor and households with housing difficulties.
Up to this point, Nghe An has completed, handed over and put into use 13,959/21,183 houses for people in need of housing, reaching 66% of the support needs.

According to the synthesis from the Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, in week 1, April 2025 (from March 28 to April 4), the whole province started construction on 1,337 houses (651 new houses, 686 houses repaired).
Of the total 1,337 houses, 427 houses (255 newly built, 172 repaired) are from socialized sources under the province's Program 1838; 494 houses (162 newly built, 332 repaired) are from sources of 2 National Target Programs; 416 houses (234 newly built, 182 repaired) are from the Housing Support Program for Meritorious People.

Details of the number of new houses started during the week in 13 localities (data from high to low); including, Dien Chau district started construction of 119 houses (104 new houses, 15 repaired houses); Thanh Chuong district started construction of 118 houses (47 new houses, 71 repaired houses); Con Cuong district started construction of 60 houses (40 new houses, 20 repaired houses); Quy Chau district started construction of 59 houses (44 new houses, 15 repaired houses); Nam Dan district started construction of 53 houses (38 new houses, 15 repaired houses).
Tan Ky district started construction of 42 houses (38 new houses, 4 repaired houses); Tuong Duong district started construction of 31 houses (9 new houses, 22 repaired houses); Do Luong district started construction of 26 houses (11 new houses, 15 repaired houses); Quy Hop district started construction of 23 houses (11 new houses, 12 repaired houses); Vinh city started construction of 16 houses (12 new houses, 12 repaired houses); Yen Thanh district started construction of 19 houses (8 new houses, 11 repaired houses); Anh Son district started construction of 9 houses (8 new houses, 1 repaired house); Nghi Loc district started construction of 8 houses (7 new houses, 1 repaired house).

Also according to information from the Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, in week 1, April 2025, the whole province had 604 more houses completed, handed over, and put into use (201 new houses, 403 houses repaired).
Of which, the source from Program 1838 is 184 houses (17 new houses, 167 houses repaired); the source from 2 National Target Programs is 184 houses (17 new houses, 167 houses repaired); the source from the Housing Support Program for Meritorious People is 234 houses (118 new houses, 116 houses repaired).

Details of the number of houses completed in week 1, April 2025 in 11 district-level units (from high to low): Tan Ky district completed 154 houses (106 new houses, 48 repaired houses); Quy Hop district completed 88 houses (9 new houses, 79 repaired houses); Con Cuong district completed 60 houses (40 new houses, 20 repaired houses); Do Luong district completed 42 houses (4 new houses, 38 repaired houses).
Vinh city completed 26 houses (2 new houses, 24 repaired houses); Tuong Duong district completed 12 houses (1 new house, 11 repaired houses); Nam Dan district completed 11 houses (2 new houses, 9 repaired houses); Nghi Loc district completed 8 houses (6 new houses, 2 repaired houses); Dien Chau district completed 8 houses (6 new houses, 2 repaired houses); Quy Chau district completed 1 repaired house; Hoang Mai town completed 1 new house.

Cumulatively from the beginning of the Program to date, the whole Nghe An province has completed and handed over 13,959 houses to those in need of housing (10,677 new houses, 3,282 houses repaired).
Of which, the source from the province's Program 1838 is 8,569 houses (7,335 newly built houses, 1,234 repaired houses); the source from the 2 National Target Programs is 5,079 houses (3,205 newly built houses, 1,874 repaired houses); the source from the Housing Support Program for Meritorious People is 311 houses (137 newly built houses, 174 repaired houses).

Comparing the total demand and the results achieved, the total number of houses that need to be completed from March 4 to August 31, 2025 in the whole province is 7,224 units (3,960 new units, 3,264 units repaired).
Of which, the source from the province's Program 1838 is 2,113 houses (1,277 new houses, 836 repaired houses); source 2 of the National Target Program is 1,751 houses (922 new houses, 829 repaired houses); the Housing Support Program for people with revolutionary contributions is 3,360 houses (1,761 new houses, 1,599 repaired houses).

Data on housing support needs from now until August 31, 2025 in 20 district-level units (from high to low): Tuong Duong district 1,430 houses (540 newly built, 890 repaired); Dien Chau district 848 houses (652 newly built, 196 repaired); Ky Son district 650 houses (520 newly built, 130 repaired); Yen Thanh district 647 houses (415 newly built, 232 repaired).
Con Cuong district: 539 houses (362 newly built, 177 repaired); Thanh Chuong district: 515 houses (168 newly built, 347 repaired); Quy Chau district: 502 houses (359 newly built, 143 repaired).

Vinh City: 361 houses (135 newly built, 226 repaired); Que Phong District: 360 houses (86 newly built, 274 repaired); Hung Nguyen District: 287 houses (130 newly built, 157 repaired); Tan Ky District: 202 houses (102 newly built, 118 repaired).
Anh Son district: 163 houses (71 newly built, 92 repaired); Nam Dan district: 161 houses (106 newly built, 55 repaired); Nghi Loc district: 160 houses (90 newly built, 70 repaired); Do Luong district: 137 houses (62 newly built, 75 repaired).

In week 1, April 2025, the provincial level allocated 11,120 million VND through the Provincial Fund for the Poor to localities to build houses for the poor and people with housing difficulties.
At the district level, in addition to receiving the transferred source from the province, it also received an additional 850 million VND from socialized sources; at the same time, it disbursed 2,725 million VND from 2 National Target Programs and Program 1838, the Housing Support Program for People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution.
