To ensure epidemic prevention and controlCovid-19In order to effectively organize the election day on May 23, on May 11, 2021, the Provincial Election Committee issued Instruction No. 104/HD-UBBC on a number of contents of the organization of the election day of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term, in conjunction with the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 epidemic in the province.
The guidelines detail the requirements forvoters, with election teams at voting areas on election day in localities without Covid-19 outbreak (areas without people infected with Covid-19 in the community) and in localities with Covid-19 outbreak (areas with people infected with Covid-19 in the community).

Instruction No. 104/HD-UBBC also specifies the voting process.electorfor polling stations in localities without Covid-19 epidemic and localities with Covid-19 epidemic; including voting procedures for voters who are quarantined at home, workplace, residence; vote counting in conditions of local Covid-19 epidemic.
Along with that are instructions on organizing elections in concentrated medical isolation areas and places implementing social isolation or lockdown; organizing elections in hospitals and medical facilities treating patients suspected or confirmed to have Covid-19. There are also instructions on the procedure for handling cases of voters with fever, cough, or difficulty breathing during the voting process...
