On March 30, 2022, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Social Insurance signed a Plan on coordination in information dissemination and propaganda of social insurance and health insurance policies in 2022. On that basis, the two sides coordinated to thoroughly grasp and disseminate policies onsocial insurance, health insurance and propaganda work on the information channels of the Propaganda sector.

The two sides also coordinate to advise and handle issues of public concern during the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies; coordinate to guide and foster professional skills for grassroots propaganda staff through scientific and educational training sessions; coordinate to direct, survey, guide, summarize and conclude on the fields of social insurance and health insurance and coordinate to compile and publish propaganda materials on social insurance and health insurance.

The plan for coordinating information and propaganda on social insurance and health insurance policies in 2023 aims to achieve the purpose and requirements of innovating the content, form and methods of propaganda in the direction of focusing on key points, being diverse, easy to understand and easy to access; suitable for the nature and characteristics of each region, each locality and each target. After discussion, the two sides agreed to sign the following contents: Organizing surveys and investigating public opinion on the results of implementing Directive No. 19-CT/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership over social insurance and health insurance in the new situation in Nghe An province and Plan No. 81-KH/TU.

Coordinate to advise on mechanisms and policies to support people's contribution levels when participating in voluntary social insurance from the provincial budget; post news articles on internal newsletters issued by the Propaganda Department at all levels, newspapers, radio stations, news sites, electronic information portals and grassroots radio systems, and on social networks.
