The Department of Health requested the Department of Industry and Trade to coordinate with the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone and districts, cities and towns to direct and strengthen inspection, supervision and urging production and business establishments in the area to continue assessing Covid-19 safety, develop plans and solutions for epidemic prevention and control and update on the Covid-19 safety map. Resolutely request to temporarily suspend or advise the People's Committee to temporarily suspend operations of establishments that do not ensure safety in epidemic prevention and control.
Production facilities and industrial parks are responsible for organizing weekly rapid SARS-CoV-2 antigen tests for workers and reporting the results to local health centers. Strictly manage workers traveling to and from epidemic areas or participating in high-risk events with large crowds. Mandatory health declarations are required for all workers in industrial parks and related people...
The Department of Health also requires vehicles transporting workers to ensure epidemic prevention regulations, such as using less than 50% capacity, opening windows (if any), limiting the use of air conditioning, and disinfecting vehicles after each pick-up and drop-off.
When there is a Covid-19 case at a production facility or industrial park, before sending F1 cases to medical quarantine, it is necessary to strictly classify them according to each production line, workshop and level of exposure risk. Groups with the same risk are arranged to be quarantined in the same quarantine area./.
