Nghe An: Highlights on November 26

*NOn November 26, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held its regular meeting for November 2020, listening to and giving opinions on many important issues. Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee chaired the meeting.

Standing Committee of Provincial Party CommitteeUnified GRDP growth targetin 2021 to reach 7.5 - 8.5%; approved the policy of investing in the coastal road; reaffirmed the policy of not licensing new hydropower projects. Also at the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee approved the policy of adjusting the investment in the WHA Industrial Park Project; Urban area in Nghi Phu commune and Hung Loc commune (Vinh city); issued a number of policies to support the construction of new rural areas in Nghe An province, period 2021 - 2025; a number of specific mechanisms and policies to support Nam Dan district in socio-economic development in the period 2021 - 2025; amended and supplemented the price list of industrial park land in the Southeast Economic Zone in the period 2020 - 2024; gave opinions on the content of the 17th session of the 17th Provincial People's Council.

To effectively carry out the tasks of 2021, the Provincial Party Secretary requested to quickly, early, drastically and synchronously deploy all plans to implement the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress. In addition, the province needs to focus on organizing well the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People's Councils at 3 levels in the province; at the same time, not being subjective or negligent, but focusing on and proactively responding to the Covid-19 epidemic and other diseases on humans, crops and livestock.

*COn the afternoon of November 26, National Assembly delegates: Le Quang Huy - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment; Nguyen Huu Cau - former Director of the Provincial Police Department had a meeting.meeting with voters of Mon Son commune(Con Cuong).

At the conference, most of the opinions of Mon Son commune voters focused on issues such as natural disaster prevention and control, environmental protection, and people's livelihood issues. In addition, voters proposed to solve employment problems for local workers; prioritize labor export; preserve and promote national cultural identity. All voters' opinions will be compiled and sent to agencies and organizations for resolution.

The test and assessment reflects the ability to coordinate in handling work, teamwork skills, and information technology practice skills.

For the outlines, projects, plans, and programs presented by cadres and civil servants at the contest with good quality, they will be supplemented and completed to be included in the content of the periodic thematic activities, of which 3 projects will be developed and built into resolutions of the Executive Committee of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee, term VI, 2020 - 2025.
