Nghe An: The highest Tet bonus is 150 million, the lowest is 100 thousand VND

(Baonghean.vn)- Despite being affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, businesses located in Nghe An still have plans to give Tet bonuses to their employees. Some units give bonuses as high as 150 million VND/person, while others only give Tet bonuses of 100,000 VND/person.

The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs has just issued Official Dispatch No. 92/LĐTBXH-LĐ on reporting 2020 salaries and 2021 Tet bonus plan.

According to the dispatch, due to the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, the bonus payment plans of businesses in the area mainly focus on the Lunar New Year 2021.Average bonus levelThe bonus of enterprises for employees on Lunar New Year 2021 is 4.48 million VND/person, down 18.5% compared to Lunar New Year bonus in 2020.

Specifically:

- In the block of State-owned companies, the highest bonus is 12 million VND/person, an average of 4.5 million VND/person (down 18.2% compared to the 2020 Tet bonus). In this block, the unit with the lowest Tet bonus is only 100,000 VND/person.

- In the enterprise sector with State-controlled shares and capital contributions, the highest bonus is 80 million/person, an average of 4.7 million VND/person (down 7.8% compared to the 2020 Lunar New Year bonus), the lowest in this sector is a unit that only gives employees a Tet bonus of 300,000 VND/person.

- The highest bonus for private enterprises is 150 million VND/person; average 4.3 million VND (down 25.4% compared to the 2020 Lunar New Year bonus), the lowest is only 200 thousand VND/person.

- In the foreign-invested enterprise sector, the highest bonus is 106 million VND/person; average 4.4 million VND/person (down 25.4% compared to the 2020 Lunar New Year bonus), the lowest is only 100 thousand VND/person.
