Nghe An: Summoned a group of young people who were swinging, doing wheelies, and revving their engines, causing chaos on the street

According to people's feedback, recently, on newly constructed wide roads such as the main road through Hieu 2 bridge, N6 road... in Long Son ward, Thai Hoa town, there is a group of subjects, mostly young people under 18 years old, not wearing helmets, often driving at high speed,revved, revving at night makes it unsafe for people and vehicles participating in traffic.

Faced with that situation, the Traffic Police Team of Thai Hoa Town Police has increased patrols, controls, and arrests.conveneand handle the following cases: Nguyen Van Hop (born in 2004, residing in Nghia Loc commune, Nghia Dan district), Tran Van Hieu (born in 2004, residing in Nghia Tien commune, Thai Hoa town), Nguyen Dinh Quyet (born in 2003, residing in Nghia Trung commune, Nghia Dan district), Luong Van Nhan (born in 2003, residing in Nghia Thanh commune, Nghia Dan district), Phan Van Khoi (born in 2003, residing in Nghia Thanh commune, Nghia Dan district), Pham Van Manh (born in 2004, residing in Dong block, Quang Phong ward) and some other related cases. These are all teenagers under 18 years old, some of whom are currently high school students and studying at vocational schools in Thai Hoa town and Nghia Dan district.

Currently, the authorities have made a record of temporarily impounding the vehicle, and imposed administrative penalties for the acts of not wearing a helmet, not having a rearview mirror, not having a driver's license, not having a vehicle registration certificate, and not having a license plate. In particular, Tran Van Hieu was punished for driving a two-wheeled vehicle on one wheel ("wheelie") and at the same time, notified his family and the schools where he was studying to take educational measures.
