The heavy rain that lasted this morning (August 17) caused a massive amount of water to flow into the Nai bridge area (Truong Vinh ward) - an area that often floods. To minimize damage, the Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue Team of the old Truong Thi ward, now Truong Vinh ward, mobilized businesses on Nguyen Tai walking street and residents to clear obstacles on ditch No. 2 and unclog manhole covers to allow water to drain promptly.
