Storm No. 4 is forecast to make landfall in Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces. To proactively respond to storm No. 4, localities across the province have strictly followed the Central Government's Official Dispatch No. 12 and 2 Provincial Official Dispatches on prevention and control of storm No. 4. Currently, people in coastal areas, including Cua Lo town, are urgently securing their houses and service shops to limit damage. |
