Talented beauty Miss Vietnam gives Mid-Autumn gifts to children in Con Cuong
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 22, Con Cuong District Youth Union coordinated with the Provincial Youth Union, Tien Phong Newspaper and the Provincial Border Guard Command to organize the program "Mid-Autumn Festival in Flooded Areas - Sharing Love" for students in the flooded areas of Lang Khe commune. At this gift-giving ceremony, there was the appearance of the talented beauty Miss Vietnam 2018 Dinh Phuong My Duyen.

Lang Khe Secondary School is located in a remote area, more than 20km from the district center, and its students are mainly ethnic minority children. During the recent flood, Lang Khe suffered great damage, especially the Chom Lom suspension bridge pier was washed away, making it very difficult for nearly 200 students from 3 villages on the left bank to go to school.

The delegation presented 295 new uniforms to students of Lang Khe Secondary School; 295 moon cakes, 300 handbags, 1,500 notebooks, 165 boxes of instant noodles and many other meaningful gifts. The total value of the gifts was 120 million VND, donated by benefactors and philanthropists.
